Giclee prints of native fish in their underwater environments are in their restaurants from Manhattan, NY to San Diego, CA

"Lifeforce"—this painting of spawning "cut-bows" was referenced by permission from a photo by Montana photographer Mike Haring.

These native fish epitomize the staying power of the life force. The water is relentlessly pushing them backwards yet they fight back until they've spawned, ensuring another generation. An inspiring image for these times when we all need to stay on course and not give up. This acrylic painting, with museum-wrapped, painted sides is 40" x 30" and is also available as a limited edition giclee print.

Interpreting nature's beauty with color and pattern in both soft pastel and acrylic on canvas is my passion. Flashing  FISH underwater and blackbirds, geese, herons and other  BIRDS (even some butterflys) catch my eye. They are mysterious...fascinating and live in a world we can't enter, only observe and dream of. And, of course, the dramatic LANDSCAPE that surrounds me is a source of constant inspiration.

Now located in the Old Mill District!
It's been quite a year for
Tumalo Art Co.
, the gallery where I'm a founding member and partner. In June we moved to the Old Mill District, a thriving shopping and entertainment area in Bend, Oregon, and have been on our roller skates ever since. 14 artists run the gallery, providing the comaraderie of being in a group of like-minded artists and the joy of presenting some of the best art in the area to our visitors. Be sure to stop by if you're in Bend...it's a visual treat!
